Return Policy

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Triangle Supply Co can be returned within 45 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. If your purchase was made with your Triangle Supply Co Revolving Charge Account you have 90 days from date of purchase to receive a refund.

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase (Receipt) will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via Store Credit as determined by Triangle Supply Co. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, cash, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returned to a credit or debit card will have a 3.5% processing fee. Returns for purchases made with a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit.

If you're missing your receipt, you will be given store credit. Returns made without a valid sales receipt will be refunded as a Store Credit at the lowest advertised price. Please bring a valid driver's license or government-issued photo identification.

Return Policy Exceptions

Merchandise that is Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable

· Store Credits 

· Whole House, Gas powered Inverters, and Stationary Generators 

· Delivery Services

· Freight Fees

· Cut Wire

· Electronics

· Copper Tubing

· Light Bulbs (Metal Halide, Mercury Vapor, Incandescent, etc.)

· Any cut pipe, car flex, black steel pipe or galvanized pipe cut to size.

· Special Orders (Must be prepaid before order is placed)

Order is Damaged or Missing Parts

If an item is damaged or incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact us at 479-632-4313 within 30 days.

In-Store Return Exceptions

• Returns for purchases made with a Store Credit or gift card will be refunded as a Store Credit. Registration of Store Credit will be required. Please bring a valid driver's license or government-issued photo identification for registration.
• Returns made without a valid sales receipt will be refunded as a Store Credit at the lowest advertised price. 
• Cash and cash equivalent purchases exceeding $1,000 may be refunded by check.

Purchase Policy

All Purchases with a Credit/Debit Card below the amount of $5.00 will be charged 50¢ fee.
